Language nurtures, love leads.
At IICOkids, Our teachers bring overseas experience and, for some, the joys of raising children—to guide each child with care.
We know what it’s like to hold a child’s hand and move forward, step by step, in a land where the language feels unfamiliar.
Living abroad in an unfamiliar environment, there were many days when the words we longed to say would not come, and each day felt like a small challenge. We cried, we worried, yet little by little, we found our way forward.
Through those experiences, we learned something important:language learning is not only about memorizing words,
but about nurturing the power to express yourself.
With every new “I can do it!” a child gains, confidence grows.That is what truly matters.
This is why we understand the wish to raise children with English/Chinese,
even while living here in Japan.
Because words are not something to be forced or taught,but something that naturally blossom when children can feel, play, and grow in a safe and caring space.
That is the kind of place we want to create together at IICOkids.

语言和父母的爱来陪伴孩子成长
在 IICOkids，我们的教师拥有海外生活经验，有的还拥有育儿的经验——他们用心引导每一个孩子。
在海外生活，我们理解那种感受：牵着孩子的手，一步步在一个语言陌生的地方前行。
有许多日子里，想表达的话语无法出口，每一天都像是小小的挑战。
我们哭过、焦虑过，但也一点点向前迈进。
通过这些经历，我们学到了重要的一课：学习语言不仅仅是记忆单词，更是培养表达自我的能力。
每一个孩子的新“我能做到！”都会带来自信的成长，这才是最重要的。
这就是为什么我们理解，即使生活在日本，也希望用英语或中文培养孩子的愿望。
因为语言不是强行教会的东西，
而是在安全、关爱的环境中，孩子能够感受、玩耍、自然成长时，自然绽放的。
这就是我们希望在 IICOkids 一起创造一个属于孩子们可以喜欢的语言成长的空间。
